Connection Through Understanding: How to Build Healthier Relationships
As humans, we are wired for connection. From our earliest relationships we learn how to seek closeness, express needs, and how to protect ourselves. Despite this ingrained, evolutionary need for connection, relationships can feel confusing, effortful, or emotionally draining. Through our work in therapy, we come to learn that connections deepen through understanding, not perfection.
