Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) Support

Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) is a debilitating condition that causes significant impairment in wellbeing and functioning during the luteal phase of your cycle (roughly 14 - 7 days before your period starts). Symptoms include severe mood swings, depression, irritability and anger, feelings of hopelessness, fatigue, sleep disturbances, difficulty concentrating, and changes in appetite. At it's most severe, PMDD can result in suicidal thoughts. These symptoms usually resolve within 2 - 3 days of your period starting.

Having a diagnosis of PMDD myself, I know how isolating and terrifying this can be. This is why I offer three support options for PMDD, to meet you wherever you find yourself on your journey.

Option 1

Downloadable PDF  information sheets explaining symptoms and symptom management strategies.

Option 2

Pre-recorded PMDD webinar explaining what PMDD is, how to get a diagnosis, treatment options and symptom management.

Option 3

Live PMDD workshop exploring PMDD, diagnosis, treatment options and symptom management, with the opportunity to ask questions and connect with others who are living with PMDD.
